Come on /mu/, hands up, step up, how many of you can dance? How

If anyone has gone from "not knowing how to dance" to "being a great dancer", please tell me how to do it? I'm too shy to even dance around my room on my own in case someone somehow sees.

Best advice I can give is go go out dancing more often. Just by observation, you'll learn some moves, and if you're lucky, some guy who actually knows how to dance will sorta partner up with you, and all you gotta do is follow his lead to learn and git gud.

Dancing is more about confidence than ability, like in pic related, the dance is awful but the attitude they do it with makes it super fucking cool
