Chopped and screwed definitely is an extreme influence in vaporware. Vaporware doesn't even have too much of a sonic distinction at times because of how heavily it borrows from chopped and screwed.

Looney Toons revival was huge in the 90s. I'm white and it hit us too. Shit hit the fan even before Space Jam. Those motherfuckers were popping up everywhere. They took over every Six Flags park in America. It was bizarre. Derivatives were popping up left and right on television, Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs highest among them.
