What's the appeal of drill music? All they do is say generic and vaguely rhyming things about how much of a thug they are. 90% of the beats sound the same too. You can't listen to a drill tape without hearing the same background synths and the same hi-hat patterns on every fucking song. And the DJs suck too. They always talk over the fucking song. For example, on every song on Look at Me by FBG Duck, you hear shit "DJ SHON WORLD PREMIERE" and "THIS CHICAGO NIGGA" and other annoying sound effects for the first 30 seconds on every song. Fuck, on Back From the Dead by Chief Keef, specifically the track "I Don't Like", the tags fuck up the first minute and then the DJ rewinds the song to tell us about what he doesn't like. I have not been able to enjoy any drill tapes that aren't by G Herbo or Lil Bibby. Is drill the worst subgenre of hip hop?

That's why they rather listen to the most extreme black genres with extreme anti intellectualism and crime glorification, because white artists are "too white" for them and they thimk they are cool for listening to this.
