I know that feel OP. It got worse for me until I developed Schizophrenia.

Those were the worst years of my life. But I'm in a better place with therapy and medicine now. If you're worried, talk to a therapist/psychiatrist and get on antipsychotics. They have been PROVEN to avert a psychotic break if used during the prodromal (early) stage of the illness.

Update: I just cooked a little pizza thing in the toaster oven, while I was slicing it the toaster was making this weird beeping/squeaking sound. I stared it down for like 2 minutes and started getting teary eyed. I don't like this /mu/.
