This is by far one of my favourite albums. Chameleons are not really talked about much here/underrated. I love the percussion work on this album and I also love the general feeling of it. Soul in Isolation is best track imo.

OP here, thanks for actually telling me why you like the album
I'll give it a listen, thank you

Np my dude. Enjoy
This is dream pop at its peak in my opinion. Uses incredibly gorgeous guitar layers and shoegazey drone influences to create a special kind of dreaminess that surpasses what the Cocteau Twins did on Victorialand with ease. Kinda sounds like staring into a nebula. Lighthouse is particularly rich with overtones and it sounds incredible.

Great and underrated dance pop album. Love her brand of nu-disco-influenced electropop.
Oh yeah, switch out the album version of Dancing On My Own for the single/radio version since the bassline is more powerful.

For your thrash metal/punk needs, nothing satisfies like some RKL(rich kids on LSD). The chugging riffs, bomer manzullos ability on drums is unmatched in my opinion, along with the incredible bass lines that bomer also played for the record. Jason Sears' sick ass vocal melodies(especially tracks like "block out" "find a way" "scab on my brain") this album influenced my own musical playing in so many ways, most notably the swing feel they have and their blatant blues influence. This album is a 10/10 in my bible and I hope you cherish it like I have been doing for years
