The song is about how you feel bitter when the person you're taking a time from/broke up with doesn't seem to feel the same way but those lines specifically always intrigued me.
Just by looking at it, it seems like you're proclaiming that you can sleep on a hundred couches (you can stay with your friends)
But trying to fit that into the song and what I think it's about, I would say it's a passive aggressive way to say that your lover can stay with friends and/or sleep around
