If you just mean popular music then Germany, Japan, Brazil, and France
If you're including classical music then it totally changes and if you include traditional music it's much more subjective

i was talking about diverse music, and not diverse in like multicultural.
but yeah half of the country being illiterate, at some degree, has little to do with race, not in modern times.
sure you will have some haitian/nigerian/bolivian kid who can't read, but they are far from what makes most of the numbers on illiteracy.
Most of those come from the poor educational system
