Start multiple projects. Make all teh music. Categorize those musics into teh different projects.
Wanna make some electronic stuff? Do that, put it in one project. Wanna make some dreamy shoegaze type stuffs? Put that in another project. Wanna make some joanna-newsom-ish acoustic/folk stuff? Project.
