Wtf this is sooooooooo much better than In The Court Of The Crimson King
>>73943727
it's just more accesible
>>73943784
it sounds like a 90s math rock/post hardcore album

*Deletes Red*

The court is pretty accessible, cmon. The only hard song for a newcomer is the improvisation part on Moonchild, imo. Anyway>>73943727 ITCOTCK is a god tier album
Wtf this is sooooooooo much better than both
>>73943727
I think Red is pretty sonically different compared to ITCOTCK. To me, Red seems a lot heavier, while ITCOTCK is a little more subtle and mellow.
This is objectively (subjectively) the only good album they have made and all they did was rip off talking heads

WOAH this is objectively and indisputably the greatest King Crimson album
>>73946667
I can relate to this
>>73945056
That and Brian Eno.
Yeah. Court is really overrated.
>>73946667
It's the King Crimsony-est King Crimson album
I still prefer Red just slightly, but Larks' Tongues is a better representation of their music

As someone who has only listened to In The Court of the Crimson King and Red, can I jump straight into Discipline? Or would it be better to listen another album, or albums, before?
You going to start this thread everyday now? I'm guessing you just discovered King Crimson a week ago.

yeah you can just jump to it. just listen to it. if you like it, the two albums that come right after are similar sounding and the three form kind of a trilogy of some sort.
