Admit it. They fucking suck shit. There is nothing musically good going on here.

I love that album. It encapsulates the aimless irreverence and energy of youth like nothing else.

>Hurr Durr I'm a stupid pedant who is criticizing something that isn't even a mistake
Get bent--or better yet, listen to Cap'n Jazz. That should be sufficient enough torture.

It sounds like dogshit. The vocalist is fucking terrible. I don't care if you read a review on pitchfork that told you it's good--it's sonically awful.

I really like it :)
op hates fun

Then you're a retard with bad taste. It's just a fact. Why would you want to relate to pathetic angst like that? Do you also enjoy the sound of babies crying? Pretentious borderline faggot.

I love Cap'n Jazz.
>>73909305
Cap'n Jazz is the least pretentious band I can think of. Face it OP, you're just a faggot.
I loved Geheim and Tokyo.

>isn't even a mistake
>he MEANT to say musically good

how is a vocalist supposed to sound?
you're mad that people like this music, you are shouting ill-conceived grievances into the abyss where they have never and will never impact anyone
I think the majority of that record is excellent, the first disc at the very least. A lot of the stuff on disc 2 is kind of terrible but disc 1 is mostly great material. The band created a lot of powerful stylistically interesting songs with imaginative lyrics and unfiltered performances. Regarding Tim's vocal style on that album, it's definitely loose, no doubt about it. But it works with the music surprisingly well and his recklessness and ability to scream in a most freeing way is to me, nothing short of a very endearing performance.
