you shouldn't mistake the recent influx of NIN threads on this board for being a truthful reflection of NIN's quality
even back when trent reznor's relevance extended to an audience beyond retarded teenagers and the middle-aged nostalgia circuit crowd who was there the first time around(which was in the early to mid 1990s), NIN were generally treated as being only marginally more artistic and respectable than the likes of korn and marilyn manson
