Just listened to this and I loved every song on it. Which Sparks album should I listen to next, and what other artists/albums have the same sound as this album?
You can start with the first Sparks album and proceed chronologically. They hit sort of a dead spot around Big Beat and Introducing Sparks. No. 1 in Heaven picks up again with a synthpop sound, you can continue until around In Outer Space or until you get sick of that sound. They were treading water for a while but found their footing again with Lil' Beethoven.
the Halfnelson album and Propaganda both come close in terms of quality. P good discog tho

Unfortunately you listened to the best one already, but Woofer in Tweeter's Clothing and Propaganda are close-ish in spirit and sound.
People think the first album sucks or is rudimentary, but I like it, it's kind of just dumb fun. Indiscreet is decent but kind of gauche. Big Beat and Introducing Sparks are mildly annoying but have their merits.
There's good stuff after that but it doesn't sound much like their '70s stuff, I can recommend some if you want.

Speaking of which I can't find downloads of any Sparks album other this one and Propaganda. Would anybody happen to have a mega of No. 1 Album In Heaven or Gratuitous Sax?
