How can I emulate the feeling of checking new music in an organic way?
Right now, I go through lists on RYM to find me new albums but I keep myself backlogging 100s of albums and by the time i check them I will already forget them lol.
I want to find an album, listen to if with curiousity and evaluate my thoughts on it the same day I find them.
What do you suggest guys?

I force myself to have a backlog of, at most, 40 releases (albums/EP's/compilations) yet-to-be-listened at any given time. The list of other stuff I may consider getting in the future is kept in a .txt file.

OP here. I literally removed all my backlog now. I will go 1 by 1. I was actually after a confirmation and you guys made it quick. Thank you. Now recommend me an album to fill my day with.
