Souvlaki is now one of my favorite rock albums, but it took five years after my first listen to reach that point. While I instantly loved My Bloody Valentine's Loveless, I didn't care much for Souvlaki at first besides "Souvlaki Space Station". Maybe you'll love Souvlaki instantly, but if not, I'd recommend giving it a considerable amount of listens. It's a grower for sure. At least, that's how it was for me.

I Remember Nothing suits Unknown Pleasures more, Decades was a greater show of the bands evolution through the inclusion of synthesizers and a melodica the former of which was largely absent from the previous album. And lyrically Closer is a huge step up from the already potent Unknown Pleasures.

This whole album is severely underrated. I'll agree about the Hand That Feeds being underrated, but the title track is by far the worst song. All the Love in the World, Getting Smaller, Sunspots, and Right Where it Belongs hardly ever get a mention, and they are all fantastic
