That dude's not the worst on the website, he's just an old school contrarian. At this point in time it's almost charming. The worst is people who write like they're on /mu/ or tumblr. Or any one who either is or is trying to be one of the clique kids. Or any of the poptimists or hiphoptimists. Actually I think I might have described three closely overlapping groups of people.

I don't know why anyone would want to take RYM seriously though. Even "professional" music reviews are pretty silly.
