I think it's a detuning pedal.

Slightly changes the tuning while playing and can give a cool effect.

Why not just plug it in and see?

Detune is a great effect. It's like chorus but less wet and more airy or crisp. I'm looking to get a harmonizer just for the detune setting.

found it in a junk pile. all the screws are flush, no other inputs other than the ones seen in the picture, made in new zealand. never heard of the company before i looked them up and it doesnt look like they exist anymore

it doesnt have an output so to speak so when I get home I'll try play around with it and see what it does
