it's 4/4. most jazz is metronomic (meaning it stays in one basic time signature for the whole song)
the part that probably threw you off is that most of the musicians are playing in a syncopated manner (meaning that they intentionally play on the off beats) syncopation is also a very common characteristic of jazz. it's what creates the "swing" feel that it's so well known for
