Pitchfork was still hip when it came out and they gave it a good review. Thats why, also it has cool cover art.

Wew, in the flowers is way too bombastic. I can see why people like it but only because it's so in your face. The subtleties of the other tracks stand out to me more even if they're the standard verse-chorus-verus kinda song.
