I never got the appeal of Haunting the Chapel. Chemical Warfare is one of the greatest songs of classic era Slayer but the other ones on the EP are some of the weakest of early Slayer, that's not to say that they're bad by any means because every Slayer song is good.
Also, I personally like Divine Intervention a lot and would put it higher, but your rankings are mostly correct.

Reign in Blood > South of Heaven=God Hates Us All > Seasons in the Abyss > World Painted Blood > Christ Illusion > everything else but I havnt listened to their first couple albums which is stupid considering how much I like Reign in Blood and God Hates us All

Show No Mercy is good

Hell Awaits is their best album because you can hear Tom playing the bass for once

Reign in Blood is overrated

South of Heaven is fucking good

Season in the Abyss is hit and miss

the only decent album from the 90s is Diabolus en Musica

God hates us All Us is edgy

Christ Illusion got Lombardo back but was still hit and miss

World Painted Blood was their last good album

Repentless is trash

Yeah those aren't the best Slayer songs but I still enjoyed a lot of the riffs on Repentless even though they were kind of samey. The intro leading into the title track is pretty great. Vices actually seems like a song that is condemning degenerate sinful behavior where one lives on their vices day to day.

Don't read into an 8.5 as not liking, South of Heaven still kicks ass. On why it is lower, I don't think it's any specific thing. Looking at the tracklist, I can remember every song from my head, but I always enjoy the albums next to it more. I could see a 9/10 for that as well.

Divine Intervention felt a little less sincere, the riffs weren't quite there.

I thought the same thing about Divine Intervention at first, it just takes a few listens and then it all pays off and it's all worth it because you start to "get" the riffs and they are fucking amazing. Some of my favorite riffs from that album that you should get a quick listen of are the starting riff on Killing Fields, the intro on the title track, and the absolute shredding on Dittohead, SS-3, and Serenity in Murder. The atmosphere on 213 is absolutely awesome it's like Dead Skin Mask 2.0.

I agree, I still rate it a 10/10 along with the other other first 6 Slayer albums. The only reason I think it's overrated and not as good as the others is that it's a little boring to go back to after the 70th listen. I have listened to all the Slayer albums 50+ times and RiB had the least replay value of the first 6. The riffs are still awesome and I love the style of them having the two masterpieces on the ends and a bunch of killer short songs in between with great riffs that don't overstay their welcome.
