Bjork is harsher and weirder than Harsh Noise. This is my honest opinion. Also I don't think she's pop at all.

Imo her music is harsher on the ears. Her vocal performances are bizarre and difficult to swallow, her instrumentals are strange and usually feature very unusual time signatures and ugly sounds and she doesn't seem to follow conventional structures with a few exceptions of course

This. Bjork puts too much emphasis on production and not enough on songwriting. Grimes is a much better songwriter and producer. She's able to make whole albums full of great songs.
