It's eerie when this type of long lost connection happens. Marshall is a gifted wordsmith first of all, but also he's totally raw in how he presents his ideas. He prefers accuracy over imagery or absract poetry, even though his flow is structured poetically. On the Mount Rushmore of Hip Hop for sure. Even though Hip Hop is my least favorite genre. Marshall and a few others I have complete respect for. Note I said Eminem not Slim Shady. Not into that bulgur stuff.
