You know how Ed Sheeran's famous because he's a wholesome-looking white kid with a british accent who plays guitar and sings ballads but who also has a little bit of a rapping street-style to his singing?

Well, when you don't wanna get made fun of in your junior high for listening to weak shit, anymore, there's Post Malone, another chunky white dude with a pube beard who plays guitar.

Difference is that while Ed Sheeran used a hint of rapping to make his cheesy love songs palatable, Post Malone uses just a hint of cheesy white dudery to make his full-on ignorant mumble trap rap palatable to a wider audience.

It really helps that he's white and has some good producers.
