I know more about psych rock than psych electronic but my friend who's into that stuff show me an artist called tipper who are pretty good. And if you dont mind a little bit of rock tortoise- tnt is kind of psychedelic and has some great electronic moments.

If you can get into psytrance then I would recommend an artist called Astropilot. I have two of his albums, Solar Walk 2 and Star Walk, they are both excellent. Also there's a compilation album called Passages - Framed by Nova that I really like. All of this stuff is on Bandcamp.
