lls this is /mu/ where people latch onto 3 artists in each genre and circlejerk them to death without exploring further

Any specific albums you recommend?
>>73452050
nah they're nothing like Burial. Burial got given the dubstep label because he made a few dubstep tunes early on and hung out with the DMZ / Hyperdub lot. But the avst majority of his music is future garage / ambient electronica. You're better off listening to stuff that gives a similar vibe than latching onto one of the genres he did. Go and listen to Bambooman, Shlohmo or Lee Bannon

All right, I'll check them out! Thanks.

You could go into dark dubstep land like Kode9 but like
>>73452079
said, Burial is not really dubstep.
Give Andy Stott a listen for a similar atmosphere but in minimal techno land. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y10924MkAHQ
There are also a lot of copycat Burial around that I can actually like, for ex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xF2mS2295w
They call it 'chillstep'.. meh. Like the sound tho.

What's wrong with albums?
>>73452444
Dubstep is a form of electronic dance music, which traditionally releases material on EPs and singles, not albums
>>73452431
thats just tropical house for hipsters.
