Is buying this worth it, /mu/? I've never owned a quality music player before, and this was recommended to me. It's kinda expensive, but if it's worth it I don't mind spending the money.
I only got one response when I asked in /hpg/, so I'm asking here.
please
I really don't know anything about the fiio but isn't it easier to just subscribe to a streaming service and have albums they don't host on your phone? If you've got a huge library already compiled that's got a lot of stuff those services don't have I could kind of see it but streaming has kind of killed the need for a whole nother device just for music.

I don't really have a good phone at the moment, and I do tend to have a lot of stuff that isn't on streaming services.
I'm only 19, and our family tends to go on a lot of car rides and camping trips, so I doubt cell reception would be consistent anyway.

That would throw a wrench in it. I looked the thing up and $400 seems like a lot for 32gb. Might wanna shop around for something that's a bit of a better deal or get a player you can crack open amd throw a bigger drive/sd card into. I've still got my 120gb iPod classic but it's starting to get kind of shitty and I might have to go in and make one of those mods some time soon.
