I think most of the songs in Demon Days are great. Heck, they're fantastic for driving imo. Listen to the entire album in order if you can. The only ones I skip are El Manana and sometimes All Alone. Never listened to the other albums much though, so my opinion is limited.

Since Empire Ants was already mentioned, I'll go with Broken. Plastic Beach had so many good songs.
