I'm considering getting into vinyl. What are some good, cheap, entry-level turntables?

Corsely

don't do it. it's a meme. there is absolutely no reason to buy vinyl unless you have disposable income and are only buying things that were released before cds were common
just use spotify

BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP
>>73417987
don't do this either
If you really like music and it's not a hipster thing for you then go for it, nothing better than owning records that you love
Entry turntable : LP-60
I would buy a project Debut Carbon though

yes do that
even easier than pirating everything
granted it doesnt have everything just almost everything
>>73418033
>it doesnt have everything
it doesn't have anything. only pleb shit
if you're already looking to go cheap on a player, then you're gonna end up very unhappy once you start buying records.
Very true, I've spent far more on records than on my setup (which is far from cheap)
Just wait and get a good quality one. Its worth it

It's not that I don't have the money for a better turntable so much as the idea that I don't want to spend too much before I start buying the records themselves. I might buy a better turntable in future if I stick with this.

Wew /mu/

It has hardly anything wothwhile if you're not a /mu/core faggot or top 40 plen. You also have to think of the future. Once spotify is your only source of music and piracy / storing your own media files have become a thing of the past nothing stops spotify from cutting down their catalogue. Some artists might also not get to release their music on spotify, possibly because of policies spotify hasn't yet releases but might in the future. Using spotify is for people who don't care about self-sufficiency.

*released
implemented might be more fitting

Buy a great turntable now and it will last you decades, you'll just have to upgrade the cartridge if you want better sound
