Musique concrete is basically a movement of electroacoustic music originating from France, where the primary focus is taking real-world sounds and manipulating them to create compositions.
Ambient music is a genre which has roots more in electronic dance music and new age etc.

they both sound the same

They both tend to emphasise texture but that's about it otherwise. Ambient is very broad and can range from textural soundscape stuff to very synth/melody-led stuff.
Musique concrete isn't so much a genre as it is a composition technique for early electronic music.

This guy is right
Also musique concrete may in some cases sound ambient but doesn't always. It can contain spoken word (often cut up pieces of spoken word) that would make it not ambient. Also the overall composition can doesn't have to resemble ambient
A popular example of musique concrete that doesn't sound like ambient is ground zero - revolutionary pekinese opera
