wtf why didn't anyone tell me Green Day actually made a really good album

1039 smoothed out slappy hours is literally better

But Anon, every single album from Green Day is god-tier, obviously you're a faggot that only listens to vaporwave shit or something of that pretentious crap.
But yes, Kerplunk! 10/10 good shit

Dookie and American Idiot are unironically good albums
Probably gonna get flak for saying this but American Idiot is their best album even if it's not my favorite. It's nothing like their earlier stuff that I grew up with and have a nostalgic love for but it's easily their best work musically.

they did twice
Insomniac > American Idiot > Warning > Dookie > Nimrod > Revolution Radio > 21st Century Breakdown > Dos > Kerplunk > Tré > Uno > 39/Smooth

I agree with this, it was Green Day at their peak and most daring, it was a huge risk which paid off.

Jesus Of Suburbia is the best song they have ever made and never managed to make something better than it.

>Unironically thinking Green Day are bad

The trilogy was garbage.
Revolution Radio is best stuff they released in a while.

>There are more reasonable people in a thread about Green Day than any Grimes thread
I have no problem with this

Green Day fanbase is pretty comfy, desu.

Green Day isn't played on mainstream rock radio as much anymore and they're not super relevant so the worst kinds of fans have taken a backseat.
