Music is an universal language, you mean to understand lyrics.

Spanish is more romantic than english but still you have other languages like French that really emphasizes the need to learn to understand the rhyme.

I would learn french just to read Baudelaire but there you go, you have to understand music doesn't require any context unless you want to go further in the composition and behind the instruments.

French is mandatory for any cultured person, as is Latin.

After that, pick either Russian or Japanese.
