If you're trying to get anyone into anything, you really have to ease them into it. Like most musical genres, Black Metal is an acquired taste, so i'd recommend picking out some artists or tracks that are very listenable, even for "normies"

Take something like MYRKUR, think of it what you will, but i'd wager it's a good "normie" starting point.

If the person already listens to metal, or even just BMTH or something like that, i think going for something like "Filosofem" should be OK.
Just don't go all out with the first track, make them appreciate the subtle nuances while introducing them to progressively harder and harder stuff

Ulver - Bergtatt is the most easy to access Black Metal-- has breaks of dark ambient, the production is very clean.
