Depends on what you're looking for. More traditional bands like Candlemass, Pallbearer, and Pentagram are closer to Sabbath and aren't very extreme. If you like smoking weed or psychedelic music try Sleep or Boris. If you want something harsher and darker try diSEMBOWELMENT, Earth, or Sunn O))).
