There was this one super fat former metalhead kid I knew from highschool who like many former metalhead kids nowadays tend to turn into aspiring experimental/art musicians. He was super into Frank Zappa at one point and I swear this line and Uncle Remus turned him into the god of white guilt. Totally unbearable to be around.

Anyway Zappa probably meant he didn't want to be white because their music isn't as cool.
