something really good, hopefully. I've seen speculation that he's reaching way back into old, unreleased songs for this album and that he's been working on it for years.

aveytare.com has a puzzle game with clips of the album in the background and it sounds like Call Home (Buy Grapes) with more electronic fuckery and string instrumentation. So it'll be like neither of those and more like Pullhair Rubeye on crack (or Meeting of the Waters but lo-fi, considering one of the songs on the album is just an alternate version of Selection of a Place.)

am i the only one who's worried about this? I really don't think the version on Meeting of the Waters can be topped, I'm not necessarily sure why they'd even make two versions

there's probably been many versions of the song already. supposedly someone shouted "is there another version of Selection of a Place?" during a live show recently and he asked if they were at one of their shows in 2003. this material could easily be as old as Campfire Songs.

AnCo projects have been spotty af this decade but i'd be lying if i said that i wasn't seriously hyped for this.
