How do you feel about the current face of underground electronic music? What directions do you see it taking? Is the genre and it's subsets improving or has it stagnated?

i dont see how underground electronic music could be considered a genre or ever die. its growing as music software is increasingly easy to get for people of all income levels and the internet makes it both easier and harder to find an audience.
that said psalmus diuersae seems to have stagnated and its offshoot chore wheel is down. and those were the two most interesting labels for experimental post-internet electronic musics.
