Not if it's really good sex. Most people that claim it's overrated are just having shitty or mediocre sex.

Main thing that's overrated about sex is just the whole virginity concept. You feel no different after you've lost it, nothing in your life really changes outside of that. It won't solve the emptiness you feel inside, it might temporarily numb it, but ultimately sex is a fun thing to do, that can be very special when it's passionate and with the one you love, but it won't change who you are.
