Disintegration Loops is 100% style, no substance.
It is interesting conceptually, but so is "I Am Sitting In A Room" or "Twin Infinitives."
The only reason anyone cares is because of 9/11 (which happened after the recordings, by the way) and p4k giving it an insanely high score.
