If you only take the individual songs, yeah, one of their best. but the narrative gets in the way a lot of the time, and doesn't mix very well some times.
The Tale of the Altered Beast is fucking trash but Digital Black is easily one of their best songs imo

Agreed on it being their best album. The trilogy it belongs to imo is the band's best work; their other stuff is also good but there's something about MOTU, Nonagon, and Mind Fuzz that feels so confident, timeless, and well executed.
