Honestly this. I consider myself a modest mouse fan and I really only listen to good news, moon & Antarctica, and lonesome crowded west. If I enjoy any of their other albums I'll be pleasantly surprised but otherwise I'm happy with what I've got

No, they really don't. They are one of the most consistently critically acclaimed acts of their era from across the spectrum of professional music reviewers. Even if you aren't a fan, there are infinitesimally few people who would say they are "complete trash".
