Just listen to King Crimson, it's the only prog worth listening to.
It's also one of the most influentional bands of all time so you can't really skip them

I think it's also something you can hardly hear today.
Take this, every song is just perfect and i think Supper's ready is just astonishing how it just goes, like it's a perfect loop.

as much as i like elp its a lot of the band members just jerking off onto their instruments showing off how well they can play them. i get prog is like that in general but elp takes it to another level

that being said op if you havent already heard close to the edge you should listen to it, it's 10/10
