you just gotta throw yourself into a setting where you're forced to sing. my friend made me try out for choir my sophomore year and i ended up in a higher level choir than her and had a fuckin blast. i was super fucking confused the first week or two, but i learned over time. i rly recommend taking a class in singing in general and also find a choir to join. you feel less nervous if there's many other singing with you and you'll get some confidence to be able to sing alone

Voice quality and singing ability is highly correlated with facial bone structure, width, and shape.

There's a very scientific reason more attractive people tend to be better singers. (That doesn't explain why instrument players tend to be more attractive on average though.)

Maybe try getting good at an instrument instead?
