Grouper - Violet Replacement

It isn't consistent noise but it definitely doesn't have much variation. It's very beautiful at moments but it works well to fill the room at quiet volumes.

You can find long clips on Youtube of various kinds of noise.

I use a 12-hour clip of brown noise which I got from YT to help myself sleep because I have slight tinnitus and am just a light sleeper in general. It's somewhat lower pitch than white noise, almost sounding like waves crashing endlessly on a shore.

Metal Machine music is literally "the same sound for the whole duration". Usually when people say that it means they suck at listening and aren't paying attention, but Metal Machine Music doesn't introduce anything novel after about the first 30 seconds.

Alternatively, just learn to appreciate silence.
