Does /mu/ like Lana Del Rey's new song "Coachella - Woodstock In My Mind" ?

I think it's pretty good. It's sad and sentimental and beautiful, just like Lana.

this is boring and gross

no u

It's great, nice to hear a non-love song by her.
shes a qt but that song title is absolutely disgusting
>>72860151
>he said while listening to "Allelujah! Don't Bend! Ascend"
I mean maybe not you personally, but it seems like /mu/ loves disgusting titles, band names, etc.

thats at least fun though, its uplifting too. Promoting coachella and namedropping pop culture garbage is what makes the title disgusting, not the tackiness
>>72859880
funny the hipster cunts who constantly whine about muh capitalism on twitter listen to this shit thats literally fucking promoting it. God i fucking hate millenials

Did you listen to it?
In the first verse of the song she's at coachella, leaning on her friend's shoulder, and imagines for a second that it's woodstock. it's not just namedropping, it's creating a setting. I mean maybe it didn't need to be the title, but it's not wildly inappropriate either.
I love you Lana but this song's production is a mess; I guess she's going for that leaked-on-Soundcloud aesthetic that she knows her fans love

They mostly just complain that Lana is too heteronormative and submissive and doesn't write feminist anthems
>>72860551
i'd prefer feminism than hypocrisy
you can have whatever political beliefs you want, im on the left myself, but hypocrisy and intellectual dishonesty pisses me off more than anything.

just did and its not really changing my mind. The stairway to heaven reference was way too much. Also complacent pop is the most ironic medium to write a "protest" or conscious song
