Not sure, never realy got into CT. Apart from Slowdive I'm not actually very interested in Dream Pop/Shoegaze aswell.
As for Low, I don't know them.

The Black Metal parts are mediocre at best, the Gospel stuff ok. But the parts don't form a unity. It doesn't sound like a symbiosis, but rather like two parts wich were written independently and then forcefully merged. The fact that neither part is exceptionally good doesn't make it better. Kinda disappointing, because the idea is certainly not bad, but the execution is poor
