In seriousness though, does your voice really sound that bad? If you have enough charisma a "bad" singing voice can be interpreted as a unique style.

The only real ways to change your voice are to lose weight, stop/start smoking, or catch a really bad cold. Voice lessons are a scam that can be useful to refine an already good voice but will not change your actual voice more than normal practice would.

Practice. Listen to some singers you like and emulate them.

I started out as a piece of shit singer. I sang along to Pet Sounds everyday for a year and I can now perfectly emulate all the vocals on that album. Like, spot on perfection.

It only takes practice

remember that you should be 'pushing air out' as you sing

do your warming up, look up vocal exercises and practice them

you can get technique down but it has to be said that some cunts just have better tone or pitch or whatever the fuck, 'character' to their voice than others

it should also be said you aren't going to be a good judge of your own voice. have you recorded and listened to yourself?

just keep it up, sing along to shit you like for the enjoyment of it, then come back to a song and you might find you can nail a part or a note you couldn't before

sometimes it can help to put a hand over an ear when you sing, it can help you identify shit you might be fucking up

also, and this is just me, if you want to 'sing good' it helps to listen to great singers and try to follow them

I just practiced by singing in my car on my long ass commute. One thing I noticed that helps a lot is to make sure your lungs are full of air all the time. Make sure you are fully inhaling before every line. It makes a world of difference
