How does Boy Rex compare to Jack's other projects? Haven't gotten much into this one

It sounds kind of like Sailor Heart, but with full instrumentation (Trumpets and full band). I'd say check out The Bloodmonths first by Boy Rex, but this release is really good too. Only thing I didn't like is some of the electronic drum beats added to this one. Its more emo/indie folk than midwest emo, but definitely has a Jack Senff vibe.

This is really cool, I'll definitely have to listen to the album.
Honestly I just got into his stuff this past month and all I've heard so far is two of the Merchant Ships EPs and the Knola album from last year but I fucking loved all three so I'm definitely going to start listening to Midwest Pen Pals/Sailor Heart/all the other groups he's been in

I'd say that my fav projects of his would def be Merchant Ships, William Bonney and Boy Rex. Midwest Pen Pals, Knola, North Folk and Sailor Heart are all great though.
