Have you written any songs in your head?
I have written at least 10, right down to how every instrument sounds, but I'm so lazy and antisocial that I've never made them a reality
fuck no

I have come up with shit in class, but I am never bored enough to come up with anything good when i am near an instrument.

All the time, except I do make them. Been like 4 years since I've started and I'm finally getting to the point where what I hear in my head is what I create.

I got a bunch of ideas, but when it comes to actually writing them down or testing on GP, I can't do it. No idea why and it pisses me off.

Why is the image that WMD album
I have a few that just sort of spontaneously happened. They're kinda 90s shitty alt rock, nothing like the music that I write intentionally. I can't recall them on command but they pop up every once in a while. I've also successfully transcribed music from dreams.
In general though writing stuff in your head is a complete waste of time. It's good for practice or entertainment, but the idea that you can think of something brilliant and complete that way and then transcribe it is really naive. Generally it works better to write stuff by playing it.

Al the time. Sometimes my own songs get stuck in my head.
Haven't bothered writing/recording them because they're probably shit.

In my experience they're much more compelling in your head.
It's like having a profound, life changing dream and then trying to tell someone about it.
