So we all agree that this is the best Post-Harcore album of the 2010s, right?

by "We" you mean reddit right?

No I mean (you)

Incorrect

When will this meme die?
>>72753559
It's not a meme, it's a great album.
>>72753243
Yes
>>72753607
It's not even post-hardcore
It must be pretty terrible for a band to make such a great album.
You have peaked. Everything you ever do from then on will be compared to it, but nothing can ever come close it.
La Dispute's follow up album was quite good, but I kept comparing it to Wildlife and felt disappointed.
>>72753665
I feel the same way. Rooms of the House was more mature and grown up, but shit, they hit the PERFECT balance on Wildlife.
I'm secretly hoping they continue with their more subdued and mature sound that they brought on Rooms of the House. I'll always come back to Wildlife, but I really wanna see what's next for La Dispute
thats not even best album from The Wave
>>72753728
That's not even the best Touche Amore album.
>>72753728
Stage Four > All other Touche Amore records
>>72753648
Sure it is

ptsbbam > is survived by > la dispute split > to the beat of a dead horse > stage four
>>72753506
what up my nigga, btw how did you feel about divisi? im split because its so third wave post rock but cory doing clean vocals was great
>>72753809
How can you literally be this wrong?
>>72753839
I don't really like it. I mean, it would be okay if it weren't A Lot Like Birds.
The clean vocals are actually good, but for me that's all about that album. Everything else feels kinda second-rate, especially after their previous releases. And above all, I was really disappointed to hear that they don't play math anymore.
Did you heard Eternity Forever? That's a new Kurt Travis's band
>>72754099
for sure, and that ending on next to ungodliness really set the bar high for a mathy band. eternity forever was cool but i preferred kurts ep with thomas from fall of troy. Kurt is a really versatile singer and puts out consistently quality stuff
>>72754191
Yeah, Kurt's vocals on the demo with Thomas was a lot better than on the Eternity's EP, especially extreme parts, but instrumentals were pretty dull and feeble, I'd say.
