>albums that would be better if different bands made them
The Wall needed to be more metal and more agressive.
Korn covering "Bricks In The Wall" parts proved that this album would be much more effective with it being much more agressive musically and vocally.
>The Wall would have been better if Korn had made it.
Thank you for the laugh

Do you need anymore proof? The Part 3 especially benefited from their cover

>Pink Floyd but Korn
>Progressive rock, but shitty nu-metal
Literally everything would be better if it was remade by Korn

Nice b8, m8.

I kind of agree.
Not about Korn, because Davis blew his shot at ever being taken seriously again.
But some better "angery" vocals would have really helped the album. Waters may get under my skin with his eunuch delivery, but not in a way I am all that fond of.
In The Aeroplane Over The Sea needed to be more emo and more post-punk.
Jesse Lacey covering "Oh Comely" proved that this album would be much more effective with it being much more emo and post-punk musically and vocally.

The Downward Spiral is everything The Wall needed to be.
Yeah, the Korn part of the post was a joke.
Let me get out of my shitpost.
I believe The Wall just needed some more agression especially in The "Another Brick In The Wall Part 3"
Fleetwood Mac needed to be more tremulous and androgynous.
Antony Hegarty covering "Landslide" proved that this album would be much more effective with it having much more vibrato and falsetto and less instrumentation.

Will should just re-record Age of Adz.

jesus christ... that's horrible, why do you think that's good lmao
Carnivore needed more cookie monster and beating on what sounds like a trash can.
Satan's Revenge on Mankind proved this with their cover of Technophobia

They have nothing in commmon
The Downward Spiral is about man going deeper and deeper into his own hell
The Wall is about a man locking up himself inside of his own head.
If anything the counter-part to The Wall would be The Fragile
This album always struck me as a failed attempt to be metal, if fieldy or Davis were available when this album was being made it could have actually been good.

Maybe if Korn remade it

I'd just like to say that Another Brick Part 2 would be far less cringey without the fucking British kids.

Quads of truth confirm it

I'm liking this meme so far

It wasn't supposed to be in there. It was supposed to be one or two minutes long track but someone wanted a single so they forced in that disco tune and extended it, added in those british twats to hide the repetition.
The Downward Spiral needed to be more country and more mellow
Cash covering "Hurt" proved that this album would be much more effective with it being much more mellow musically and vocally.
