What is it?
I don't think we do.
>>72707823
i think mom rock is better simply because they don't like music pretentiously
>>72708410
Most people are shit at describing it. Basically its the accessible, popular rock music of previous generations.
Dadrock isn't inherently bad, but it has a certain vibe to it. A lot of dadrock is overrated but just cause it has the label on it doesn't make it instantly cancer

These are some of the big ones for her. She also loves The Police/Sting and The Dixie chicks. All she's listened to since I can remember is the 15 (or possibly fewer) CD's she's purchased since I was born. And also smooth jazz 105.9
The soundtrack to riding in the car with her growing up in the late 90's/early 2000's

BON JOVI
My mom used to listen to Josh Groban and Celine Dion.
I think the main difference is that dads are pretty unwilling to listen to anything new, where moms listen to new shit on the radio all the time.
>>72708523
hey mom.
Y'all are forgetting INXS
>>72710172
Explain your reasoning
My best friend's mom loves Fleetwood Mac and lindsey Buckingham and many rock groups of the 70/80's
As for my mom the only ones that comes to my mind are Journey and Boston, almost anything else she listens to is unbearable shit that plays on the radio...
How does one define "mom rock?" Is it arena rock with less machismo?
